Appointment Confirmation & Cancellation Policy

At Alternate View, we reserve time just for you—because personalized care begins with intentional planning. To respect the time of every client and ensure an exceptional experience, we’ve outlined the following appointment policies:

Appointment Confirmation
To hold your appointment, we kindly ask that you confirm no later than 24 hours before your scheduled visit.

  • You’ll receive a text message three days in advance and again 24 hours prior, prompting a quick confirmation reply.

  • Additionally, a team member will call you 48 hours before your appointment to check in and confirm your visit.

If we don’t hear from you by the 24-hour mark, your appointment time may be released and offered to another client. We want every appointment to be honored, valued, and used with purpose.

No-Show Policy
In the event you confirm an appointment but do not attend—and do not notify us of the change—you’ll receive a strike on your account.

  • After two no-shows, a $50 no-show fee will be applied to your account.

  • This fee must be paid in full before we can schedule any future appointments.
